The class is currently studying Paul’s Letter to the Romans. Scholars are unanimous that Paul wrote Romans from Corinth somewhere between AD55 and AD58, which makes it one of the earliest writings in the New Testament. The impact of this letter on the formation of the Christian church and its core doctrine is hard to overestimate. In it, Paul writes to the church in Rome to present his mature statement of the gospel: God’s plan of salvation for all people. Join Ann Poovey weekly for this enlightening and inspiring study.
